Swimmers make promotion waves

LITTLEHAMPTON Swimming Club gave an impressive performance in the round one gala of the Sussex League against Chichester and Lewes.

The swimmers clearly defined their ambition to regain their Division 1 status by producing the performance of the season by winning 50 of the 55 races, gaining 501 points from a possible 526, to finish in first position.

The relay teams set three new club records in the men’s open, freestyle and medley and the boys’ under-16 medley.
