Primary school brings topic to life with creatively fun Egyptian day
On Tuesday 26th February years 3 and 4 at Upper Beeding Primary school brought their topic to life with an incredible Egyptian day.
Teachers and children dressed in their finest Egyptian attire and explored a range of creative activities in the morning, such as making their own pop up camels and drawing abstract pictures of the river Nile.
The excitement continued in the afternoon with a visit from the Rainbow theatre who put on a production of the story of Moses. All children took part in the re-enactment of the story bringing it to life.
Report by Miss Abi Cappella (Year 3 and 4 teacher, Italy Class). Pictures contributed.
