Brighton man absconded from open prison
He is serving eight and a half years for grievous bodily harm and robbery offences in Brighton, having been convicted at Lewes Crown Court in December 2013. He failed to return to prison on November 21/
Lall is described as black, 5’ 8”, of proportionate build, with collar length black/greying hair. He also has a number of scars on his face and neck. He is local to the Brighton and surrounding areas, but also has connections in Kent, London, Surrey and Hampshire

Hide AdPC Lewis Dines said: “We are keen to locate Malcolm Lall, who is sometimes known as Michael, as soon as possible to return him to lawful custody.
“If Malcolm Lall becomes aware of this search and our statement, we ask him to go to his nearest police station and speak to officers.
“We ask anyone who sees him or who knows where is, not to approach him, but to dial 999, quoting serial 1233 of 21/11.”
